To provide our balloon flight service, we only record personally identifiable information and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you. This includes your full name, email address, telephone number and other details captured whenever a booking is created. This information is collected via our online booking form, sent to us from a booking agent organisation or collected over the phone when you call in to place a booking.

BalloonMan does not keep credit card details. We use a secure payment gateway to perform secure credit card transactions and as such all credit card details are entered within the these systems and are not retained on our computers – once we’ve entered your details and payment has been confirmed we cannot access these details again.

Occasionally, BalloonMan may offer passengers or newsletter recipients an opportunity to participate in a survey, promotion or competition. Personally identifiable information collected by BalloonMan when you participate in a survey, promotion or competition may include your full name, email address, telephone number and street address.

When you visit the BalloonMan website we record general information about your visit for statistical purposes. These statistics do not contain any personally identifiable information.

We may, from time to time, use “cookies” to record session information and collect information on how you visit and access our Web pages. We collect information on the Web pages people visit in order to help us to continue improving our services.
